1. Who we are
This website, trailgeezers.us, and the Trail Geezers store are operated by Trail Geezers ("Trail Geezers", "we", "us"), 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. By visiting the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. If you are not, you may only order with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
3. Products
Trail Geezers balaclavas are novelty apparel. They are not safety or protective equipment and do not replace a helmet, goggles or any other protective gear. Colours and printed faces may look slightly different from what you see on screen.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars and may change without notice. Payment is taken at checkout through Shopify's secure payment processing. We may refuse or cancel an order if we find a pricing error, if a product is unavailable, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we refund you in full.
5. Shipping
Delivery times and terms are set out in our Shipping Policy. Customs duties and import taxes on international orders are the buyer's responsibility.
6. Returns and refunds
Returns are handled under our Refund Policy. It does not limit any rights you have under the consumer laws of your country.
7. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for any activity on your account.
8. Intellectual property
All content on this site, including the Trail Geezers name and logo, product designs, photos and text, belongs to Trail Geezers or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse it without our written permission.
9. Reviews and submissions
If you send us reviews, photos or other content, you give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use them in connection with the store, and you confirm that the content is yours to share.
10. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site. That includes interfering with its security, scraping it, or using it for any unlawful purpose.
11. Disclaimer
Apart from what our Refund Policy says, the site and products are provided "as is", to the fullest extent permitted by law.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, except where the law of your country of residence requires otherwise.
14. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on this page applies to orders placed after the update.
